About m-cause and Ryan MacRay Jones

Ryan MacRay Jones has over 13 years of experience in global brand management, project management and eBusiness. Ryan recently left his role as Global eCommerce Leader for Procter and Gamble’s Prestige Products division to work with startups and consult. He’s currently a consultant at Brand Learning. He’s also an angel investor with e2c3 and Co-Founder / advisor of We&Co, a social/local/mobile (SoLoMo) startup.
At P&G, Ryan held “classic” Brand management roles and eBusiness roles which enabled him to become a holistic marketing leader in the age of multi-channel proliferation. He garnered several awards (e.g. best digital organization, beauty and grooming & President’s award) for his thought leadership and innovation.
Ryan was also an external strategy/digital consultant for a range of social businesses and charity organizations while at P&G. Ryan enjoys writing on his personal blog (m-cause.com) in his spare time where he often ponders issues related to marketing, society and purpose.
Prior to P&G, Ryan was an eCRM project manager on the agency side with Heller & Partner (Munich, Germany) and led cutting edge technology teams in Germany and the Balkans as an intelligence officer. He holds a B.S. from West Point (United States Military Academy) and an MBA from the Stuttgart Institute of Management and Technology.
